In 1967, at the apex of the "Flower Power era, The Beatles company "Nems" commissioned the famed photographer Avedon. He shot four psychedelic portraits of the Beatles, George Harrison as a mystical guru. The polarized colors and distorted exposure echoed the band’s hallucinogenic “Sgt.
