<p>The 1979 Fender 25th Anniversary Stratocaster electric guitar, white finish, made in USA, ser. no. 250143, signed to the body by Bruce Welch, Hank Marvin and Brian Bennett of The Shadows, stored in a tweed guitar case which bears Bruce Welch's initials, this lot also includes a hand written and Bruce Welch signed note on The Shadows headed paper stating 'Sold to Max Kay on the 21st April 1982, my Fender Strat Anniversary serial number 250143' and Fender Certificate Of Merit, the case measures 103cm x 36cm x 11cm.</p> <p>Provenance: Bruce Welsh used this guitar in live performances with The Shadows before being sold in 1982. The guitar was then later signed by Bruce Welch, Hank Marvin and Brian Bennett at the 'Cliff And The Shadows 50th Anniversary Concert' in Cardiff on 20th October 2009.
